Accessibility
Sending money home should work for everyone. We are committed to making our website and app accessible and usable by as many people as possible, whatever device or assistive technology you use.
Accessibility is part of how we design and build, not an afterthought. We aim to align our digital services with recognised accessibility standards — including the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) — and to improve continuously. We do not claim full compliance or certification; where something falls short, we want to hear about it and fix it.
Features we build for and continue to improve across the site and app:
Pages, menus and forms are designed to be usable with a keyboard alone, with visible focus states.
Semantic HTML, a logical heading structure, labelled forms and alternative text for meaningful images.
Clear typography, sufficient colour contrast, and layouts that work when text is enlarged or the page is zoomed.
The site adapts to phones, tablets and desktops, with touch targets sized for comfortable use.
Descriptive link text and buttons that state what they do — no information conveyed by colour alone.
Labels attached to every field, clear error messages, and status updates announced to assistive technology.
Our reference standard is the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG). We aim to align our digital services with recognised accessibility standards and continuously improve accessibility across our website and app. Known limitations are prioritised for repair as part of our regular development work.
